How quickly can you help?
If a problem can be fixed remotely, it could be fixed within a few minutes.
If a site visit is required, We will discuss a time to suit you. Next day is possible, subject to availability.
Can you visit my home?
Yes, site visits are available in the East Lancashire area. Call or message to discuss your requirements and arrange a suitable date and time.
How does remote support work?
Remote support is carried out using Teamviewer for a secure remote connection.
Teamviewer is a leading commercial provider of remote support software.
Once connected, you are in complete control, you will still be able to see the screen and can disconnect at any time should you wish.
Connections can only be established when you rund the software and provide the one-time password, which changes with every use.
What areas do you cover?
For problems that can be resolved remotely, I cover all of the United Kingdom.
For home visits, I cover most of East Lancashire, including Accrington, Blackburn, Burnley, Nelson, Colne, Clitheroe, Haslingden, Rossendale and surrounding areas.
